Booking :

• For same day appointments cancellation or rescheduling is not allow. If you cancel or reschedule there will not be a refund or transfer funds to another appointment time.

• All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation time. Full Payment Requirement: Your full session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Booking location will be sent after your payment has been received. If you desire an indoor or outdoor session please select the appropriate flied, if this session is a travel shoot please select the appropriate response and notify me at least 1-2 weeks in advance.

Cancellation Notice Periods:

• More than 7 Days Before Session:

  • Clients who cancel more than 7 days prior to their scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and preparation costs.

• 3 to 7 Days Before Session:

  • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the session will receive a 50% refund of the total session fee.

• Less than 3 Days Before Session:

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are non-refundable due to the limited opportunity to rebook the time slot.

1. No-Shows:

   • Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee.

2. Exceptional Circumstances:

   • We understand that unforeseen events can occur. In cases of emergencies or situations beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

   • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee. Meaning if you made a appointment within 24 hrs. you will be subject to a fee.

Rescheduling Notice Periods:

• More than 7 Days Before Session:

  • Clients may reschedule their session once without any additional fees.

  • The rescheduled session must occur within 60 days of the original appointment date.

• 3 to 7 Days Before Session:

  • Rescheduling requests made between 3 to 7 days prior to the session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

  • The rescheduled session must occur within 60 days of the original appointment date.

Travel Policy

• Service Area: Drake Studios is based in Jackson, Mississippi.

• Travel Radius: Sessions within a 30-mile radius of Jackson incur no additional travel fees.

• Extended Travel: For locations beyond 30 miles, a travel fee of $0.65 per mile will be applied.

• Overnight Stays: If the session location requires an overnight stay, clients are responsible for lodging expenses.

• Out-of-State Sessions: For sessions outside Mississippi, additional travel and accommodation fees will apply.

  Late Policy

  • Communication: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated via email or phone call.

  • Policy Agreement: By booking a session with Drake Studios, clients agree to adhere to these policies.

  • Policy Updates: Drake Studios reserves the right to update these policies as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
